Feedback on my '13 Ford Explorer I was recently a proud owner of a new 2013 Ford Explorer Limited. After hearing all of the great safety features and seeing the technology that was available in the new Ford, I was hooked and bought it the same day. Unfortunately, I was only able to enjoy it for a full month. Coming back from a vacation at the beach, a car pulled in front of my fiance' and I. We had absolutely no time to react, but the car was able to protect us with its saftey features. The automatic breaking, the deployment of upper/lower dash airbags, and the automatic calling of 911 for assistance allowed us to walk out of crash. The automatic call of 911 provied a helicopter with our location to assist a 7-month old in the car we struck at 60mph. Unfortunately, the driver in the other car died in this terrible accident. The '13 Ford Explorer I bought even prompted the firemen to comment on how well the car took the crash and kept it all in the front of the car, while protecting the cabin. My fiance' and I just wanted to thank you for making a quality product that protected us in a fatal accident. The car has been totaled and the other person's insurance was only set for a max pay out of 25,000. This is not enough to cover replacing the car with a new one, so we will no longer enjoy the luxury of your 2013 model of the Ford Explorer. We just wanted to give you some feedback that our experience with one of your products potentially saved our lives and assisted those in the aid of the passengers in the other car. I could not find any comments from anyone in a major wreck with the new Ford Explorer and wanted to let you know of your experience.

We are very satisifed with the purchase of our new Ford Fusion. We were looking for something with better gas mileage than our 2010 F-250 which we also purchased at Huntersville Ford. Our experience at Huntersville Ford was very good. Everyone was nice and friendly. Our salesman Jeramie Matheney was very knowlegable in all of the cars and trucks that Ford has to offer. Jeramie was also knowlegable in all the used cars that were on the lot. He was a really good salesman making sure that the customer was satisfied. Buying our second Ford from Jeramie, with his experience, wanting to make sure we bought what we wanted was overall a good experience.
